Ashley didn't grow up in the kitchen. For most of her life, she didn't need to— her mother did all of the cooking and the dining room table was only ever used on holidays when guests came over. Most of her everyday meals around the table were very casual rather than intentional. It wasn't until she was older that she realized she had no idea what she was doing in the kitchen. So naturally, she turned to eating out nearly everyday to sustain, and it became her way of life.
Even before coming to Christ, Ashley's idea of the perfect night out meant getting dressed up and going out to eat at the finest restaurants with the girls. Ironically, that's still her idea of a great night. Funny how the Lord doesn't change you… but refines you.
Fast forward to when Ashley built her first home, she felt a nudge to become a better steward of her resources by eating at home more and start utilizing the kitchen that God blessed her with. But that wasn't enough — she also felt like the Lord called her to build this home in order to share it with others. This is where The Commune Club was birthed.
The Commune Club exists to cultivate relationships, fellowship with one another, and to keep Jesus at the center of the very table that He built. Grab a seat, we can't wait to commune with you.
What is a Supper Club?
Traditionally, a supper club is a gathering centered around food, conversation, and community.
At The Commune Club, we define things a little bit differently.
For us, it's more than a dinner. Communing with one another is a way of life. The bible teaches that sharing a meal together is far more than physical nourishment—it's a setting for building community and experiencing God's presence. God uses mealtime throughout scripture to connect people to one another and to Himself. So often we neglect table fellowship, but that's where genuine community is established and built.
This is the gap that The Commune Club aims to bridge. It's a place for you to gather, belong, and break bread together—a reminder that community isn't just something we attend, but something we're all called to build.

Who is The Commune Club for?
Any woman who wants real, Christ-centered community — whether you've been walking with Jesus your whole life or you're simply curious. Come alone or bring a friend.
What should I expect at a dinner?
A small group of women (usually 10-12), a multi-course meal, a short moment of prayer, conversations that are gently guided and rooted in scripture — and whatever else the Spirit leads us to!
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are — though most women choose to dress up a little. Think "elevated dinner with friends", not formalwear. If there's a dress code for a specific dinner, details will be provided upon reserving your seat to ensure you're prepared!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Let us know when you reserve your seat and we'll happily accommodate most allergies and preferences.
How do I get a ticket?
Tickets are released ahead of each dinner and listed above. Once a dinner is full, we'll open a waitlist for the next gathering.
